Good chess players are always looking many moves ahead and Russians are famous for their chess. When Nikita Khrushchev spoke those words in the mid 1950’s he probably didn’t know the exact details of how they would achieve the goal but had identified our greatest weakness—an open society. He knew there was a way and so directed his KGB to devise the long-term plan. While military conquest is the fastest path to destruction, it’s not always possible, especially with a nuclear superpower that has actually used nukes. Unfortunately, when the Soviet Union collapsed, those in leadership roles became prominent players in Russia 2.0, including KGB head Vlad Putin. However, 5 years before the collapse, a 40-yr old rich beggar came calling on Moscow to help bail him out of his financial woes, desperate to sustain his delusional lavish lifestyle. His name was Donald Trump, soon to become Agent Krasnov.
