All I know is when you drive around many cities and towns and their outskirts in the US you will be shocked at how much relative wealth is shown with nice cars and trucks including Teslas everywhere, nearly endless shops and outlets, decent roads, signs and sidewalks, houses of all shapes and sizes, well kept yards, restaurants, overflowing grocery stores and more. The same drive in Russia you would experience shambles and decay and a paucity of choices—a managerie of forgotten places.
