Any article that refers to Kyiv as Kiev can be dismissed as propaganda. Russia has embarked on a disastrous OPTIONAL war and used massive amounts of cluster munitions in civilian areas. Ukraine will likely be using them on dug in trenches out in remote countryside, not in their own cities.
