Anybody who actually listens to his speeches can tell he has full command over his mind and what he is saying, albeit in an elderly style. Second, Biden is on a Green Mission to convert the US and the world to renewables, EV's and more. He has us investing more in Green Tech than all other Presidents combined. Third, he's a staunch supporter of the Constitution and a Nation of Laws and DEMOCRACY. Fourth, tRump is a non-starter...so unqualified it doesn't even merit arguing the point. It's well know. Any other choices are delusional or in denial of current reality, however imperfect.
