As a remote software developer I can say this is nonsense. I’m more innovative now than I was wasting two hours a day commuting, fouling the air all the way so I could have the honor of using the same laptop in a cubicle, wasting an hour getting expensive lunch and many more hours chit chatting. Zoom and Slack with occasional get together is just fine for information workers and good for the Earth and families. Business is not everything in life. Musk is a proven weirdo.
