As an American who has relatives in Prague, I can 100% agree with you on the superiority of European Culture and aesthetics, including food! Americans really need to wake up and start listening to and learning from their older sibling, Europe. We had an opportunity to do it better, including incorporating more Native American pro-Nature culture but chose the path of blind consumerism which is coming back to haunt us with a vengeance.
