Good point, Anne, although not the child’s fault and in this case he was a hell of a banjo player. Famous Appalachian inbreeding was why this scene was in Deliverance, not because of the child’s disability (this child was actually heroic and tried to warn them by swinging his banjo on the bridge). It shows there are real world consequences, not just molecules being twisted.
