He's a monumental loser. This is about as credible as when Charlie Sheen said "Winning!" He's a loser on every plane of existence. Putting yourself in the mind of a psychopath can indeed make you think he won, because that may be what he thinks too. That's also called delusional. We can all enjoy Russian resources without Putin. He is not a Russian resource the world needs, including most especially Russians.
