It is my opinion that World Wars can't be stopped from happening with our current military-industrial societies. They just sort of build up and do their thing. However, they don't have to become nuclear, especially if all sides can agree to non-conquest. No one wants to conquer Russia from the outside. However, the INSIDE might have some serious issues about defining what Russia really is. Also, if Russia doesn't relent in Ukraine, the West has barely begun to help so Russia could see the meat grinder turned up to max IN UKRAINE. The idea is to leave the painful porcupine alone and enjoy a normal life but it may be getting too late for that. If they make the ultimate miscalculation, it may result in the absolute end of Russia as a nation so I hope they understand that well.

Russia will take longer to recover their reputation than Ukraine its buildings and infrastructure. So much is lost forever, unfortunately.
