It's good to remember the Patriot missiles undergo continuous improvement and back in 2018 PAC-3 went into production and likely we won't know what has happened since then in 5 years except for more capabilities. I wouldn't be surprised if the kill rate for nearly any threat was around 95%, hypersonic or not since radar works at the speed of light (SoL) and AI can detect ghostly radar signatures and odd flight patterns. Also, other strategies are being explored since even the smallest flack can dismantle a hypersonic. Impenetrable hovering cloud swarms can be deployed to close in upon objects too. On top of this, intense surgical beam weapons are able to destroy missiles and drones alike (aiming being the key and SoL makes hypersonic a joke) and NATO has other beam-related means to destroy or disable onboard electronics, rendering them useless. I'm sure the Pentagon would rather not talk about such capabilities and leave adversaries making very costly assumptions. It's preposterous to think tech laggard Russia would outsmart the most advanced, well-funded military in history.
