Not just humans would be affected. All creatures great and small would be gravely harmed, all forests, rivers and seas would be polluted with humanity's most disgusting act yet. If Putin does such a thing, there WILL be survivors and they will pick over the bones of Russia and the Russian culture and language will be erased for eternity for this ultimate crime.
