The only materials I can find raise as many questions as they answer and I have a few prominent neuroscientist friends who might not agree with you so even within the neuroscience community there are different camps.
The Incompleteness Theorem is a mathematical proof about the unprovability of certain self-referential things and so you have a ways to go to convince me you have a proof that consciousness can be tested for even if you have strong "feelings" about it.
