Poor suckers will find Florida slipping into the ocean, incurring huge storm repair and city-moving bills, insurance bankruptcy, a needy elderly population all with a shrinking budget. Its a formula for....raising taxes. All these tax haven states have serious climate issues ahead that will make them very unappealing so I expect a reverse climate migration to ensue.
