Russia is fighting a stupid war stupidly. Worse, than stupid, barbaric. More than the monetary cost, they are losing permanent repetitional points so the Russian culture will be reviled, possibly for centuries and become synonymous with dishonor, cruelty, lack of imagination, weakness, cowardice, disorder and untrustworthiness. THAT indeed is a high price to pay for a completely optional war.
