Russia is learning the hard way the difference between impunity and punity. As they foolishly level Ukrainian cities and towns, they will eventually find them rebuilt stronger and more modernly and they will have a shinier and more formidable EU Democracy on their border. If they go too far, they can find priceless jewels like the Kremlin and Hermitage can also be leveled in numerous ways to various degrees. There is no escaping accountability for Russia, only postponement.
