Russia may very well vanish and return to Muscovy which is all it ever was. The rest is delusional. The United States may as well claim it owns the Moon and Mars since we have the main presence on those new lands. Claiming you own land doesn't make is so. Same with Muscovy which is overextended its influence like all fallen empires before it.
