11. Turning away from Democracy toward Authoritarianism
12. Person Rights Backslide
13. Social Media Manipulation
14. Misinformation Crisis
15. Nuclear Threats

When Free people are too weak they look for strength outside themselves, sometimes in their Savior they’ve never met but Believe strongly in, reinforced by charismatic pastors and preachers or in a Patriarchal daddy figure strongman and his tough forked-tongue minions—or Both. When the going gets rough, they don’t STAY THE COURSE, but whip the ship around in an about face hoping to get back to safety, seeking the EASY PATH.
