This is so funny because the end of the Petro Dollar is actually the end of Petroleum as a profitable business and the beginning of the Solar/Fusion/AI Age which the US will dominate or at least benefit from. Why? Because freedom loving people from ALL nations have been pouring into the US for centuries and our talent and inventiveness know no bounds, like this very website you are posting on using chips and software we invented. Check back in ten years when autonomous EV's (including flying) are everywhere and old school gas stations are few and far between. The money the Saudi's have is really American overflow money we spent buying oil for 100 years. We have lots more where that came from and if they don't want it, no problem.
