Togetherness is a perfect theme for 2021. We've seen the forces of division weaken our bonds and our resolve yet not break them. I honestly believe that a simple, obvious concept like togetherness is what people seek, even in their divided siloes or as a reason to join a gang or a cause so the real challenge is to bring them together for bigger and better causes. That takes leadership.
