Two questions I have:

1) How were the uninfected, vaccinated determined? Was it lack of CV antibody markers or anecdotal? Could they have had asymptomatic Covid earlier in the pandemic? In other words, some vaccinated in the study may have been carrying the virus and not known it.

2) By what mechanism does creating antibodies for a virus (via mRNA or nullified virus) create a disease the virus also creates or does the same immune response do the damage? In other words, is the vaccine to blame or the immune system working (ab)normally to blame and the vaccine's role is only prodding the immune system as designed?
