Unfortunately, in a strictly Darwinian battle for survival, World Wars can't be avoided any more than any other Darwinian struggle as much as we might try. Examine each war, regardless of size or number of combatants and you will never find the magic key to avoid it except in hindsight. The fact that a "final war" might be nuclear is of no consequence to Nature. It's the same exact thing at different energy and toxicity levels and there WILL be survivors, even if they are cockroaches. Nature doesn't care.

The only thing that could avoid a world war is a Philosopher King with a magic button that could kill any individual on Earth upon pressing. Such person could quickly tame any despots with imperial delusions and allow freedom to proliferate in peace. Even then such King would need God-like intelligence to know who to strategically kill in sort of Cosmic Acupuncture or as an Immune System for the Earth.

Back in Reality, we are stuck with an existential battle for supremacy of might, ideas and resources between different languages, cultures and socio-economic systems. Tucker Carlson is irrelevant. Nature rules.
